All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to postal service delays.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via USPS or another reliable carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination unless otherwise specified.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. HeyMarbbie is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
